Lay-out: Entrance-hall with left a storeroom, toilet, large living and dining room (28 m²) with open kitchen and combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, radio, CD-Player, video and cable colour-TV.
There are three bedrooms, one down with a bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms are upstairs: One is a large bedroom for 2, with workplace and desk and the other bedroom has a bunk bed.
There is a second bathroom on the upstairs,
with toilet, two washbasins and a shower. Each bedroom will have two single duvets. On the ground floor, there is a washing room with a washing machine and a spin dryer.

The use of the three bikes is included. Also included two children's beds, two baby high chairs and one playpen. The garden with terrace, garden furniture and parasol is fenced in and thus safe for children. Possibility to rent a sailing boat or motorboat. Costs for the sailing boat excluding the engine: € 154 (engine € 44) or € 176 excluding the sail including the engine.

Hemelum is a small, charming village with a supermarket and a cafe/restaurant, ideally located between the lakes and the intimate Gaasterland woodlands.
